Heming is Director of Asset Management.

Heming joined Ardian in October 2021. Before joining Ardian, Heming was on the asset management team at IFM Investors, where he helped identify and implement value creation opportunities across IFM’s global portfolio of infrastructure companies. He was responsible for supporting the execution of the asset management strategy, coordinating portfolio-wide review and strategic planning activities, and driving best practices and knowledge sharing through initiatives in emerging technologies, ESG, and other areas.

Prior to this, Heming was a management consultant in Accenture’s utilities strategy and consulting practice, where he worked with large regulated electric and gas utilities on program management and strategy development relating to the energy transition.
