Pflegia is a leading digital recruitment platform for healthcare professionals in Germany, dedicated to permanent placements. The Berlin-based company was founded in 2019 by Felix Westphal, Lennart Steuer and Masoud Shahryari to bring more transparency and fairness to the application process in the healthcare sector.

At the core of its model is a matching process that reverses the traditional application flow: employers actively approach and apply to healthcare professionals, supported by AI-powered process optimization and personal guidance on both sides of the marketplace. In addition, Pflegia provides information on salaries, working hours and other employment conditions to make comparisons easier and support candidates in their decision-making process.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in France, VSORA is a fabless chip design company focused on solving the “memory wall” challenge in accelerators used for AI inference workloads. The company has developed a highly differentiated architecture optimized for AI inference, delivering significant improvements in total cost of ownership, latency, and power efficiency. VSORA is the most advanced European player addressing a large and fast-growing market opportunity for AI accelerators optimized for inference applications having secured its position in the most advanced semiconductor supply chains. VSORA is also a member of the AION consortium, which is led by Ardian, Artefact, Bull, Capgemini, EDF, the iliad Group, Orange and Scaleway, and aims to launch an ambitious bid under the European Union’s AI Gigafactories initiative.

Prosol Group is a fresh food specialist retailer operating over 400 stores under the Grand Frais and Fresh banners. Its concept replicates the experience of a traditional covered market in out-of-town retail locations, combining category expertise in fruits & vegetables, dairy, fish and meat with competitive pricing. The group relies on a vertically integrated supply chain with over 2,000 sourcing partners.

The asset acquired from Legendre Immobilier under a forward-purchase structure (VEFA), will welcome its first students in 2028.
