Sara Huang
Sara heads the Secondaries & Primaries team in our New York office. As co-founder of the New York chapter of Ardian Women’s Club, she has helped create lasting change for her female colleagues developing their careers through speaker events, networking and mentoring. “We need to ensure that the young talent we recruit today can build lasting careers within the company and project themselves into the future,” she says.
Janine Paustian
Janine is an Analyst in the Expansion team, based in Frankfurt. She relishes the broad remit her work gives her – from financial analysis to working with management teams – as well as the opportunities to encourage other young women to consider private equity as a career. “Ardian recognized early on that diverse teams are very important,” she says.
Elimane Ndoye
Having joined Ardian’s Compliance team in 2013, Elimane quickly took on extra responsibilities and today runs a global team of 20. He embraces Ardian’s insistence on excellence in everything it does and says: “This approach means looking beyond the scope of your role in the company and coming up with ideas about how things could be improved.”
Michael Bane
With well over a decade at the core of Ardian’s team, Michael has led Ardian's US Investor Relations team, playing a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining client relationships across North and Latin America. What does he attribute his success in the region to? “Reasons one, two, and three in the eyes of investors would be the strong, risk-adjusted performance.”
Jason Yao
Building Lego at age 10, Jason thought he might become an architect, building skyscrapers. Today, his aspirations have taken on a slightly different form in his role at Ardian, not necessarily constructing buildings, but creating sustainable businesses: building to last.
Alexandra Goltsova
As Head of Corporate Development at Ardian, Alexandra believes that Ardian fosters a unique corporate culture that is why she and so many other team members have had such a long tenure. At Ardian, we invest in our people and our own future. Alexandra embodies the values of dedication, adaptability and resilience that define our organization.
