Ada Wen
After starting her career at Ardian’s Beijing office, Ada now serves as Managing Director within the Primaries & Secondaries team in the recently opened Hong Kong office. Ada emphasizes one of Ardian’s core values by highlighting the importance of building strong and reliable relationships with clients, which is essential in becoming an important player in Asia’s financial center.
Elisabetta Bozzoni
Elisabetta, a Director within the Expansion team in Milan, was initially drawn to Ardian’s global footprint and how that lends itself to the dynamic nature of private equity. Now, she contributes to the “think global, act local” mindset at Ardian, helping to build strong and assured relationships with partners, enabling them to expand and grow rapidly.
Shawn Li
Shawn currently serves as Director within the Co-Investment team at Ardian. The opening of the Hong Kong office has enabled Shawn and his team to strengthen Ardian’s Co-Investment presence in a major financial hub within Asia. Shawn stresses the importance of adaptability, flexibility, and open-mindedness in order to adapt to fast-evolving markets like those seen in Asia.
Alexis Manet
Based in the Paris office, Alexis acts as Managing Director in Ardian’s Buyout team. Curious by nature, Alexis started his career exploring business models and learning alongside management teams to feed this curiosity and learn as much as possible. Today, Alexis focuses on “Family & Founder” buyouts, working as a collaborative partner to accompany management teams and support them through buyout transitions and accelerate future growth.
Xue Zhang
Xue, serving as Director in the Private Wealth Solutions team at Ardian in Hong Kong, is a member of the founding team at Ardian’s Hong Kong office. Xue enjoys the journey involved in private equity, requiring deep engagement and focusing on growth over long periods of time. Xue recognizes the value of trust within strategic partnerships and looks forward to building that trust within Hong Kong and the Greater China region.
Wilfred Small
Wilfred is Co-Head of US Secondaries & Primaries and Senior Managing Director in New York, with nearly 15 years at Ardian. Thanks to his experience working in Ardian’s offices in New York, San Francisco, and London, Wilfred has taken advantage of many opportunities to learn and grow in the world of secondaries. Wilfred looks forward to partnering with Ardian’s systematic and deliberate approach with the power of technology to make the most out of this industry.
Audrey Detavernier
As Senior Managing Director in Ardian’s Co-Investment team, Audrey is driven by her desire to make an impact. During her 14 years at Ardian, Audrey has had the opportunity to participate in diverse and innovative opportunities across industries. Audrey embraces new and innovative changes to accommodate the rise of private wealth.
Michael Obhof
Michael brings his extensive experience within the infrastructure space to Ardian as Head of Digital Infrastructure investments for the Americas and Senior Managing Director. Based in New York, Michael is ready to anticipate the rapid changes within digital infrastructure and the opportunities AI and cloud adoption can bring to the industry. By working alongside trusted partners and industry experts, Michael and Ardian are ready to face what the future brings.
