Since its foundation in 1996, Ardian has attracted a large and diverse investor base that now numbers more than 1,890. To support our growth, we have built an outstanding team of investor relations professionals who ensure every LP receives a fast, personal service, based on diligence, transparency and responsiveness. Our investors’ willingness to deepen their relationship with us over time, committing to succeeding generations of our funds and adding new asset classes, bears witness to the success of our approach. On average, Ardian investors now hold more than three of our products. We attribute this to our strong, long-term investment performance and our deep-rooted culture of service.

Investor Relations Managers
Ardian calls on a global network of more than 60 dedicated Investor Relations Managers, covering the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, to build strong and trusting relationships with its LPs. Investor Relations Managers serve as the first point of contact for investors. They are supported by the Product Management and Client Servicing teams.
Product Management
The Product Management team, composed of over 20 professionals, is dedicated to Ardian’s fundraising activities. Launching and marketing new products alongside our Investor Relations Managers, the team, based in Paris and London, also guides prospective investors through the process of subscribing to our funds.
Client Servicing
The Client Servicing Team, composed of over 25 professionals, supports our existing LPs. As an everyday point of contact, the team is dedicated to answering investors’ questions and requests within 48 hours, or to a specified deadline. Team members are based throughout the world’s time zones: Paris, Frankfurt, London, New York, Santiago, Singapore and Tokyo.
