    The Investor Relations Team 

    The Investor Relations department is responsible for expanding Ardian's client base and responding to all client inquiries. Their responsibilities include managing client relationships as well as fundraising, through the production of both quantitative and qualitative data.
    The Client Servicing team is a sub-department within Investor Relations. The Client Servicing team is primarily tasked with creating standardized or customized reports for investors and actively contributes to fundraising efforts during due diligence processes. This sub-department also handles numerous ad-hoc requests from both investors and Ardian employees.
     

    Why this job ?

    Laure’s role allows her to be in contact with all teams within Ardian as well as with investors. She enjoys helping to build a trusting relationship between these investors and Ardian. She also appreciates the fact that every day is different – she constantly receives new requests, which forces her to reinvent herself and find creative solutions to meet investors' needs. This makes her job both stimulating and exciting and gives her a comprehensive understanding of Ardian’s overall activities.

    An exciting project?

    The Client Servicing team is responsible for regularly preparing cross-reportings, detailed presentations that highlight both the past and future performances of Ardian's funds. This task is crucial for the team, as these reports serve as supports during discussions with potential and current investors. Laure particularly enjoys this part of her job, which she finds rewarding: she directly contributes to the company's success.

    Skills and qualities needed

    Working in Investor Relations requires essential communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build strong relationships, express oneself clearly both orally and in writing, as well as simplify complex financial concepts, are key strengths for this role. These skills are critical to ensure smooth operations and maintain the relationship between Ardian and its investors.
