We reinforce Ardian’s multi-local presence

Our launch of North American Fund in 2016 marked Ardian’s first step into direct investment activity outside Europe. The move represents a continuation of our multi-local approach, allowing us to meet the demand from our clients around the world to invest in high-quality investment opportunities among lower middle market US companies.

We create value from complex opportunities

We look to take on more complex situations, such as carve outs and disposals, investments in owner-operated businesses or companies that have concentrated relationships with their key customers. Our ability to manage and resolve these complexities enables us to create significant value for our stakeholders.
