ICT, the parent company of Tom Barrow and its sister companies, stands as a respected name in the commercial HVAC industry. With his 28 years of experience, CEO Mike Shea has built ICT into a critical partner for mechanical contractors, design engineers, and building owners together with his team. The company provides design-assist engineering and project management services while representing leading suppliers such as Price Industries, Nortek Air Solutions, and Ruskin.

In June 2023, ICT partnered with Ardian to accelerate its growth. Ardian quickly recognized the strong secular tailwinds in the HVAC sector, including the heightened focus on indoor air quality post-COVID and the push for energy efficiency in building systems. These trends are fueling the demand for new and retrofitted HVAC solutions, particularly in high-growth sectors such as data centers and advanced manufacturing.

Our relationship with Ardian is truly a partnership and it has been fruitful thus far. Along with the rest of the team, we are excited to continue our journey and the growth trajectory we have achieved over the past two years.
