Our quest for gender parity begins with Ardian
Ardian Women was launched in May 2018 by and for Ardian women to help them grow their careers within Ardian, expand their networks and support one another. The Group brings together all Ardian women around shared values and works closely with the Human Resources to track key gender parity indicators - from recruitment to pay equity and representation in leadership. These insights help raise awareness and spark open conversations on how to accelerate progress for everyone.
Inside the firm, Ardian Women offers mentoring programs, networking events, and practical workshops that build strong connections and help create an environment where everyone can thrive. The group also looks outward, promoting careers in private investment to women and representing Ardian in international associations focused on inclusion, diversity and gender parity.
