Swissbit was founded in 2001 through a management buy-out from Siemens AG, and has offices in Switzerland, Germany, USA, Japan and Taiwan.

Formerly Nutripack/Ecocup, founded in 1990 in northern France by Pierre Berthe, Impact Group is a family-owned business led by Philippe Berthe, CEO and son of Pierre Berthe. Over the years, the company has successfully positioned itself as a leading European manufacturer of rigid packaging, offering both traditional packaging under the Nutripack brand (for the food processing and mass catering industries) and eco-friendly solutions under the Ecocup brand (reusable cups for the events and beverage industries).

Saal Digital is a leading online platform for high-end photo products in Europe and was founded in 1986 by Reinhard Saal in Siegen, Germany. With more than 200 employees, the company develops and makes products such as photo books with special lay-flat bindings and wall prints on aluminum Dibond or under acrylic glass and distributes them in more than 20 countries.

Headquartered in Lyon, France, Opteven is a leading player in Mechanical Breakdown warranty in Europe and roadside assistance in France. The company operates in seven European countries and has offices in France, Italy, the UK, Spain and Germany. It has formed strong relationships with customers (i.e. auto manufacturers, dealers and rental companies, as well as banks and insurers), selling most of its contracts in a B2B2C business model. It has more than 1M mechanical breakdown warranties and nearly 3M assistance contracts.
