European Digital Group (EDG) is a service group that supports large accounts and SMEs in their digital transformation and digital marketing strategy. Founded in 2019 by Vincent Klingbeil, EDG has experienced rapid growth through a combination of organic development and strategic acquisitions, based on a virtuous entrepreneurial and commercial model. EDG's offering is built around five key areas: technology and cybersecurity, data & AI, performance marketing, digital content, and growth enablers.

Clermont is a Canadian joint venture with Indigo Group, a global player in parking and urban mobility. As part of the partnership, Indigo contributes its Canadian-owned properties to Clermont while retaining the operations of the properties through Indigo Park Canada. Ardian and Indigo will deploy additional equity over the long term, acquiring parking assets, as well as long-term concessions and leases, which will be operated by Indigo Canada. In line with its global strategy, Ardian supports Clermont’s digitization and sustainability efforts to drive value creation.

My Pie is a leading producer and distributor of hot snacks to supermarkets in France. Its development has been based on a unique value proposition for retailers, consisting of providing a turnkey offer to supermarket chains, ranging from display cases keeping products warm to a wide range of hot snacks, produced in-house in Mayenne and made exclusively from natural ingredients.

Founded in 2009, Mistertemp' group is a tech-enabled temporary staffing specialist combining a wide network of local franchised agencies in France and Europe and an innovative proprietary digital platform. The group provides placement services to small-and-medium-sized companies under 3 brands: Aquila RH, Lynx RH and Vitalis Medical. Mistertemp' group also offers a "Digital Onsite" solution dedicated to large account clients.

Verlat Energy, a hydropower company in Perú, owns a fully operational portfolio of six run-of-river hydroelectric power plants with a total capacity of 73.4 MW. The plants have energy purchase and sale contracts awarded by the Peruvian Government that are denominated in US dollars and linked to inflation, with a remaining average life of approximately 10 years.

Project Bird Nest is a residential building of around 4,000m² located in a highly sought-after district of Paris, close to several private schools and green spaces. The strategy for this asset is to undertake major renovation work to improve its energy performance and transform it into a luxury residence that meets today's highest standards.
