The Company offers an integrated mix of specialized HR services to a fragmented base of ca. 1,500 customers – including blue-chips companies, SMEs and private individuals – leveraging both on proprietary technology (My Area and F2D digital platforms) and third-party software.
The Company, under the ownership of Ardian, has started the consolidation of the Italian professional services HR market completing more than 10 build-ups since entry and reaching a turnover of ca. €70 million.

Mills Fleet Farm is a family owned retailer focused on outdoor and DIY activities (farm, sports, pets, auto and more). Mills operates in the US Midwest and has 35 stores in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and North Dakota.

Ascendi, the 2nd largest Portugal motorway network, manages infrastructure assets and provides toll collection and operation & maintenance services. It owns majority interests in 6 Portuguese road concessions, covering 750km in operation.

Hamnefjell Vinkraft AS consists in the construction and operation of a 51.8 MW ready to build wind farm in Northern Norway alongside wind developer Finnmark Kraft AS.

Created in 2016, TimeOne is a marketing services group formed from two online marketing specialists, Public-Idées and Place des Leads. The group’s core offering is to provide content and data solutions. With a well-established reputation in prescriptive marketing and a common technological base (DMP), TimeOne is founded on innovation and realized through research and development. TimeOne offers a comprehensive range of online marketing solutions: Programmatic, Native, Performance, digital Marketplace, Publishing and Mobile. The company has a presence in France, in the United-Kingdom, in Spain, Italy, South Africa, Asia and South America.

Géosel owns underground storage facility in southeastern France and pipelines linking the facility to the oil ports in Fos and Lavéra. With 9 million meters cube, its underground liquid hydrocarbon storage facility is one of the largest of its kind in Europe, storing c. 40% of the Frances strategic reserves.
