It provides highly specialised data center services for organisations running high-performance computing (HPC) workloads, notably AI, machine learning and Large Language Models (LLM). Sustainability is at the heart of the company’s mission to help customers cost-effectively scale their digital infrastructure while reducing their carbon footprint. The majority of its data centers are powered by renewable energy.

Verlat Energy, a hydropower company in Perú, owns a fully operational portfolio of six run-of-river hydroelectric power plants with a total capacity of 73.4 MW. The plants have energy purchase and sale contracts awarded by the Peruvian Government that are denominated in US dollars and linked to inflation, with a remaining average life of approximately 10 years.

Honkajoki is a wind project comprising of 9 wind turbines totalling 21.6MW. The project is located in the South-West of Finland, has been operating since 2013 and is backed by government subsidies.
