Founded in Turin in 1939, Ourvita (formerly Procemsa) is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specializing in nutritional supplements, medical devices, cosmeceuticals, and probiotics.

HBI is a CDMO with a complementary geographical footprint to Ourvita, primarily serving the UK and US markets. It focuses on the food supplements and beauty segments.

MasterGrid, an expert in electrical systems supporting the energy transition, manufactures equipment and provides maintenance and renovation services extending the lifecycle of electrical installations. Heir to a prestigious industrial heritage, MasterGrid was created in 2019 following the acquisition of the high-voltage assets of the Merlin Gerin brand. The company has since gone from strength to strength, consolidating its activities in France, diversifying its portfolio of products and services in medium and low voltage and exporting its expertise around the world. Today, MasterGrid brings together nearly 500 employees across 13 sites in France and 11 subsidiaries abroad. In 2024, the company achieved a turnover of over €110 million, 35% of which was generated from international markets.

Fortnox is a leading cloud platform for accounting and financial services, offering modular tools that simplify and automate admin workflows for small and mid-sized enterprises and their accounting firms.

Project Muse is strategically located near Maastricht city centre and the University Medical Campus. The 9,753 sqm gross floor area (GFA) student accommodations have 506 fully furnished modern studios, each with a private kitchen and bathroom, alongside a variety of communal spaces and amenities that include a gym, study spaces, private dining room, a garden and laundry rooms.

Project More is located in Leiden on the University campus and nearby the Leiden Central Station. The 14,304 sqm gross floor area (GFA) student accommodation offers 703 studios and 600 sqm of common space, divided over 4 buildings. The fully furnished studios offer a private kitchen and bathroom, the shared communal spaces include a game room, lounge area, private dining rooms, laundry rooms, roof terraces and a green courtyard.

Project Condo's first investment is a c.4,000 sqm residential asset with over 60 units located in Frankfurt-Ginnheim. The property will be extensively modernized and upgraded to KfW 55 standard, improving its energy efficiency rating from E to A. An additional increase in floor space is also planned. The asset is ideally located in an attractive residential area north of Frankfurt benefiting from excellent public transport links and proximity to key local infrastructure. This acquisition marks Ardian’s first investment in the German residential market, following a value‑add approach focused on existing properties with high development and ESG potential.
