Ardian and HR Path’s collaboration first began with an initial investment in 2015. HR Path’s high-quality management team and their position as both a pure player and one-stop shop were recognized as key factors to their future potential. With international reach across 20 countries, HR Path centers itself around three key areas of focus: consulting, implementation, and outsourcing.

With a renewed partnership in 2024, HR Path and Ardian’s Expansion team set out to increase growth, expand their international reach, and improve revenue streams. Two years in, this business plan has been exceeded, with annual growth exceeding 30%, eight acquisitions per year, expansion into 30 countries, and improved EBITDA.

Alongside Ardian’s Expansion team, chosen for their quality and expertise and wealth of French based knowledge that corresponds with the company’s culture, HR Path has the potential to become a key global player in HR services with Ardian’s assistance to accelerate growth, acceleration that is possible due to the success of a continuation fund.  

Focusing on internal efficiency, this partnership is based on collaboration and constructive spirit with Ardian providing their expansive network and technical know-how while supporting HR Path’s decisions.

What’s next: expanding into the U.S. and doubling in size

Looking forward on the horizon, HR Path continues to aim to accelerate internationally, especially targeting the largest market in the United States. With additional goals to increase external growth and expand their offerings, HR Path aspires to double in size over the next four years during this exciting next step.
