According to Alexandra Goltsova, Head of Corporate Development at Ardian, one of the essential qualities to succeed both as an employee and an individual in finance is flexibility.
Alexandra discusses the rise of Ardian during the past decade, which has seen the firm grow exponentially both in terms of employee numbers and AuM. It is her belief that this is due to Ardian’s timely response to market developments, having adapted our offering simultaneously. Despite this growth, she underlines that client servicing remains at the core of the business, and it’s this human touch that makes any investor with Ardian feel valued.
She also shares the dream career she had at 10 years old (spoiler alert: it was not private equity), where she thinks Ardian will be in 10 years’ time and what it’s like managing a successful career and family day-to-day.
