EWE is the fourth largest German utility, integrated throughout the entire value chain, operating in the energy and telecommunications sectors, and has a strong regional footprint in Northern Germany. The company is majority owned by EWE Verband, a group of 21 municipalities. EWE generates the vast majority of its operating profit from regulated and contracted activities, and offers attractive growth prospects thanks to its commitment towards the energy transition and telecom fiber deployment.
Tacna and Panamericana
Tacna and Panamericana consists of two photovoltaic plants in Tacna and Panamericana, in southern Peru, from Solarpack, the Spanish multinational integrated management company.
The plants have a combined capacity of 48.6MW after repowering.
Hill Top Energy Center
Hill Top Energy Center is a natural gas-fired combined cycle project being built in Green Country, Pennsylvania. When construction is complete, in mid-2021, the 620-megawatt company will sell capacity and energy to the Pennsylvania-Jersey-Maryland (PJM) regional transmission organization.
Novasol Invest La Isla
Novasol Invest La Isla is a 182.5 MW solar PV plant near Seville, Spain. Once in operation, La Isla will be one of the first grid-parity/zero-subsidy projects in Europe and one of the largest solar PV plants in Spain. It will be able to generate energy to cover the annual consumption of 100,000 households.
