Barnes Aerospace make precision parts and systems used in airplanes, such as engines and turbines both for Original Equipment Manufacturers (“OEM”) and Aftermarket. Barnes Industrials produce specialized tools and components used in manufacturing. These products help factories operate more efficiently, like molds for plastics or automation equipment for robotics.

Audiotonix’s products enable outstanding sound quality for a variety of formats, from blockbuster live tours and concerts, theatre shows and major international live events, and have been used by artists such as Coldplay and U2, at major sporting events including the Super Bowl and FIFA World Cup, and in iconic venues like the Las Vegas Sphere.

The Ardian team brought a deep sector knowledge, which I think allowed them not only to do a terrific job in that due diligence period, but also meant they could work very efficiently within our deal time frame.
