ACA Compliance Group is a market-leading regulatory compliance consultancy firm, providing recurring regulatory compliance, technology and performance attestation solutions primarily to traditional and alternative asset managers. ACA serves diversified clients, by both type of institutions and size of AUM.

The property is the ”famous” historical HQ of Europe 1 radio station since its creation in 1955 and is mainly composed of a block of four Haussmann style buildings, interconnected as a single building.
Due to its age, the property is composed of outdated, inefficient and disorganized offices and recording studios.
The property does not currently have any retail areas, which will be a focus of the value creation strategy.
Access: the property is centrally located and easily accessible via the main Parisian roads and public transport as it is within 5 minutes’ walk from two major metro lines (M1 and M9).

A major player of the e-commerce in the DIY sector in France, Bricoprivé organizes, for its 1.7 million members, private sales of the main brands of the sector around 6 product ranges: DIY, gardening, home, clothing, car/motorcycle and multimedia.
Bricoprivé sets up 6 to 7 private sales per day. The website is also a great communication platform for brands with a community of targeted members.

AVS is #1 full-service highway traffic safety services provider in Germany. The Company develops, produces, sells and rents barrier walls as well as other traffic safety products. AVS has a nationwide presence with 14 locations across Germany and around 500 employees. Ramudden is #1 Swedish provider of traffic safety equipment for urban/rural areas in the Nordics. The Company is active in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia. Ramudden employs ~300 FTE
