Founded in 1960, Palacios is a leading producer of Spanish provenance products and other ready meals, chilled and frozen. The company has a solid and longstanding commercial relationship with both retailers and foodservices. It maintains co-branding agreements with global players like Unilever or Mondelez to sell frozen desserts under their strategic brands. Palacios offers private label products and operates under several brands such as Palacios, Fuentetaja, Floristán, Alinaco, San Martin or Quijote.

Hill Top Energy Center is a natural gas-fired combined cycle project being built in Green Country, Pennsylvania. When construction is complete, in mid-2021, the 620-megawatt company will sell capacity and energy to the Pennsylvania-Jersey-Maryland (PJM) regional transmission organization.

The property is located in Milan's south-western semi-center, an area that is experiencing an increasing interest from tenants as office location thanks to its proximity to the new office development of City Life. It is a well connected location thanks to excellent public transport services (new M4 line will be located only 400m away).
