Project Terrassa comprises a seven-floor building located on the site of the former AEG factory in Terrasa, Avinguda Jaume I, 60, acquired from ACCIONA Living & Culture. With its extensive experience in residential development, ACCIONA has transformed the site into a masterplan that will feature residential, tertiary uses, green spaces and over 3.500 sqm of retail. The recently completed asset, which includes 358 rooms and almost 3,000 sqm of indoor and outdoor amenities, will be a reference in the city for university housing.

Founded in 2000, Motel One is a German hotel chain recognized as a leading player in the "midscale/economy" hotel segment. The brand’s concept is based on offering high-quality stays that combine modern design, prime central locations in major European cities, and affordable prices. Each hotel features a stylish atmosphere, with thoughtfully designed communal areas such as the One Lounge, which serves as a lobby, bar, and breakfast area. Motel One operates in cities such as Berlin, Paris, London, and Vienna.

Project Minerva is a 26,060 sqm gross floor area (GFA) student accommodation that has 596 fully furnished modern studios, each with a private kitchen and bathroom, alongside 300 sqm off office space and a rich variety of communal space and amenities that include a gym, cinema, co-working spaces, a rooftop terrace and green courtyard. The property has excellent connections to the rest of the city including the nearby 17th Century central canal district, which is a UNESCO world heritage historic site, and has easy access by ferry to the upcoming trendy district of Amsterdam North. It has also been recognised as ‘The Most Sustainable PBSA Asset in Europe’ by student housing industry association: The Class Foundation and has a BREEAM ‘Excellent-in-use’ sustainability certification.
