Secondaries & Primaries, Talent
My name is Grace and I work as an Investment Manager on the Fund of Funds team at Ardian. I attended Lehigh University for undergrad and studied Finance.
When I was in school, I wasn’t necessarily considering private equity as a career path and I actually started my career at a big 4 accounting firm doing portfolio valuation for private equity clients. I developed a skill set I was immediately able to leverage once I joined Ardian.
Ardian has supported, trained and given me the resources I needed to be successful. Working alongside so many accomplished and ambitious individuals in a dynamic fast-paced work environment allowed me to easily grow into my new position and was a natural shift for me.
What I particularly appreciate about working at Ardian, is that regardless of your background, you feel included, you are encouraged to share your view and if you perform well, you are given tremendous responsibility and career growth opportunities.
I am very grateful to have joined Ardian and am excited to contribute to the company’s ongoing success.Read transcript Hide transcript
