Mark Benedetti is Co-CEO of Ardian.

Co-CEO of Ardian and Chairman of the Executive Committee, Mark Benedetti guides the firm’s strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth. Having spent nearly two decades at Ardian, he has played an important role in the firm’s development and in the expansion of its global investment platform. His leadership is supported by extensive experience in financial markets, investment management, and corporate finance.

Mark Benedetti joined Ardian in 2006. He played a key role in developing the Secondaries & Primaries business, helping to build it into one of the firm’s core activities and a global leader in the asset class.

Before joining Ardian, Mark worked at KPMG Corporate Finance and in KPMG’s Assurance group, where he gained experience in corporate finance, transactions, financial analysis, auditing and financial reporting. This experience provided a strong foundation for his later career in private investment.

Mark Benedetti is actively involved in philanthropy and social impact. He serves on the board of the Ardian Foundation and is Co-President of the Ardian US Foundation, supporting initiatives focused on community development, social mobility, and expanding opportunities for individuals and communities.
