Sara Huang is a Managing Director in Ardian’s Secondaries & Primaries team, responsible for fund investments in North America. She leads primary manager selection and drives secondary transactions, spanning diversified LP-led deals to concentrated GP-led opportunities, across both Buyout and Infrastructure strategies. Sara serves on the Secondaries & Primaries Investment Committee and globally co-chairs the Ardian Women initiative. Sara joined Ardian’s New York office in 2010 and relocated to London in 2024. Prior to Ardian, she structured convertible bonds and derivative products in Equity Linked Capital Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
