Jason Yao joined Ardian in 2011. He is primarily responsible for the origination, due diligence, and execution of primary and secondary fund investments in Asia. He started in the Singapore office before moving to Beijing where he heads the office and has been instrumental in developing Ardian’s Secondaries & Primaries’ platform in China. Jason equally leads the firm’s institutional investor relations within the Greater China region. Prior to joining Ardian, he was a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. He is based in Beijing.
