Matthias joined Ardian in March 2024, following the completion of his MBA at HEC Paris. Prior to joining the team in Frankfurt, he began his career at Grosvenor Group in San Francisco, where he primarily focused on financing activities and ESG initiatives for office and residential projects in North America.
