Tej joined the Ardian Private Credit team in 2026 and is based in the London office. Prior to joining Ardian, he was an Associate in the Mid-Market Leveraged Finance team at Santander, where he supported the origination, structuring and execution of leveraged finance transactions. Tej holds an MSc in Finance from University College London.
