Formed in 2012 by merging Alsacienne de Pâtes Ménagères (“APM”, founded in 1994) and Eurodough (former Sara Lee International Bakery division, created in 1974), Cérélia is a leading transatlantic manufacturer of fresh, ready-to-bake dough solutions for pie and pizza, as well as ready-to-heat pancakes, crepes, waffles, cookies and cookie dough.

Formerly Nutripack/Ecocup, founded in 1990 in northern France by Pierre Berthe, Impact Group is a family-owned business led by Philippe Berthe, CEO and son of Pierre Berthe. Over the years, the company has successfully positioned itself as a leading European manufacturer of rigid packaging, offering both traditional packaging under the Nutripack brand (for the food processing and mass catering industries) and eco-friendly solutions under the Ecocup brand (reusable cups for the events and beverage industries).

Audiotonix is a global market leader in the design, engineering and manufacture of professional audio mixing consoles and ancillary products. With innovative solutions from premium audio brands Allen & Heath, Calrec, DiGiCo, DiGiGrid, KLANG:technologies and Solid State Logic, their products are used extensively in live sound, broadcast, theatre production, installations, house of worship and recording studios.

Founded in 2007, Zayo is a pure-play provider of metro, regional, and long-haul fiber infrastructure primarily in North America to telecom carriers and large enterprises with high data intensity and multiple locations. The company serves a diversified customer base of telecom carriers and medium-sized to large businesses from a wide range of sectors.

EWE is the fourth largest German utility, integrated throughout the entire value chain, operating in the energy and telecommunications sectors, and has a strong regional footprint in Northern Germany.
