This 3,800 sqm Haussmann-style complex is located in Paris, in the historic Opéra - Louvre district. It is composed of 2 existing buildings connected around a courtyard. It was formerly occupied by apartments and offices, and in fact, mainly organized in partitioned and not old plans.
Access: the building is located in a sought-after and well-established neighborhood, easily accessible by public transportation (3 main metro lines are less than 5 minutes away on foot, connecting the main Parisian centers).
