Galway Holdings is a vertically integrated property and casualty insurance and employee benefits brokerage platform formed in 2020 through the combination of EPIC Insurance (retail broker) and JenCap (wholesale broker/MGA).

Elsan is the leading private hospital operator in France. Founded in 2000, Elsan has built a network of 120 facilities to which it welcomes 2 million patients per year. The group employs 25,000 people of which 6,500 practitioners work independently. The company specializes in medicine, surgery, obstetrics and other medical services (dialysis, post-acute rehabilitation, imaging and radiotherapy and home hospitalization).

Advancion (formerly ANGUS Chemicals) develops and produces specialty additives utilized in premium Life Science and Industrial Technology applications, utilizing novel chemistries that enable cutting edge properties such as ultra-high purity, traceability, clean-labels, odor elimination, and extended longevity. Headquartered in Illinois, Advancion sells its products around the world and operates facilities in Louisiana and Germany.

Headquartered in California, Infoblox is the industry pioneer and market leader in DDI software, a sub-segment of IT network management. Its solutions enable enterprise IT managers and network operators to optimize and secure their networks.

Founded in 2003, Syclef is a French leader in the installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems. The group is specialized in medium and large refrigeration installations, in industrial refrigeration (logistics platforms, storage warehouses, food processing...), commercial refrigeration (supermarkets, convenience stores...) and air conditioning. Syclef's customer base relies on Syclef to manage its complex and critical refrigeration systems. The group benefits from a key player position in the energy transition through the use of innovative "eco-responsible" technologies such as natural refrigerant fluids.

Maple Leaf is a battery storage portfolio composed of ten asset locations throughout Ontario and includes two separate 10 MW/20 MWh projects expected to reach commercial operations in 2021.
The vehicle company is 80% owned by Ardian Infrastructure and 20% by Enel X. Through the partnership, Enel X will continue to construct, operate, and maintain these projects and will be responsible for the development of future projects.
