Founded in 1958, Schwind is a MedTech manufacturer of eye-lasers for refractive surgery treatments. Schwind provides refractive surgical lasers and adjacent products and services (e.g. diagnostic equipment, proprietary software, maintenance and consumables).

Founded in 1998, Théradial is the leading French distributor of medical devices, drugs, oral nutritional supplements and software solutions for dialysis, oncology, gastroenterology and clinical nutrition.

The property is located on Amerigo Vespucci 2 street in the heart of Milan’s Porta Nuova district. The building consists of approximately 12,300 sqm of floor space across for a total of 11 floors - of which nine are above ground. The property is mainly vacant and will benefit from a major investment and redevelopment plan. The refurbished building will be aligned with the highest ESG level and targets the most important international green certifications. As part of the redevelopment, it will also become a Net Zero Energy Building.
