Founded in 2003, Syclef is a French leader in the installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems. The group is specialized in medium and large refrigeration installations, in industrial refrigeration (logistics platforms, storage warehouses, food processing...), commercial refrigeration (supermarkets, convenience stores...) and air conditioning. Syclef's customer base relies on Syclef to manage its complex and critical refrigeration systems. The group benefits from a key player position in the energy transition through the use of innovative "eco-responsible" technologies such as natural refrigerant fluids.

Maple Leaf is a battery storage portfolio composed of ten asset locations throughout Ontario and includes two separate 10 MW/20 MWh projects expected to reach commercial operations in 2021.
The vehicle company is 80% owned by Ardian Infrastructure and 20% by Enel X. Through the partnership, Enel X will continue to construct, operate, and maintain these projects and will be responsible for the development of future projects.

Acousti Engineering Company of Florida and its branches throughout the Southeastern United States provide specialty interior finish solutions, focusing on the installation of specialty ceilings and walls primarily into institutional, infrastructure and commercial end markets.

INWIT (Italian Wireless Infrastructures) is active in the telco infrastructure business, consolidating on Telecom Italia’s heritage as the pioneer of Italy’s mobile network over 40 years ago. INWIT is currently Italy’s major Tower Operator providing widespread coverage throughout the country, hosting the transmission equipment for all main national operators. INWIT plays a decisive role in delivering wireless mobile coverage within Italy’s territory and will follow through on this commitment in the future, adding new infrastructure to its portfolio as new, breakthrough technologies like 5G are under development.
