Thierry Caboche joined Ardian in 2022 as Head of International Public Affairs and Managing Director. In 2024, he was appointed Chief of Staff to the President, and has served as Global Head of Public Affairs since 2026.

In this role, Thierry leads Ardian's global Public Affairs strategy, in close alignment with the Group's strategic priorities. He oversees institutional and regulatory engagement with public stakeholders at both national and international level, and shapes Ardian's positioning on key geopolitical and public policy issues. He also drives the international development of portfolio companies and cultivates long-standing relationships with investors in the Middle East and development finance institutions.

In Parallel, Thierry is Chief of Staff to the CEO, Dominique Senequier.

Prior to joining Ardian, Thierry spent fifteen years at the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs as a diplomat specialising in the Middle East, holding senior positions in central administration and postings abroad.

He is currently based in Paris.
