Hiroki joined Adian in 2024. He is in charge of fundraising activities in Japan. Prior to joining Ardian, he worked for a domestic Venture Capital firm where he was involved in both investment and investor relations activities. He started his carrer at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. He is based in Tokyo.
