Erik Morgenstern joined the Customized Solutions team in 2025 after completing an internship within the team. Prior to joining Ardian, he gained experience in the private equity fund investment team of the multi-family office HQ Trust and in client solutions at Energy Infrastructure Partners. He further completed a three-year rotational program at Deloitte as part of an integrated bachelor’s degree.
