Thibault Basquin is an Executive Board Member of Ardian US LLC and an Executive Board Member of Ardian France. He also oversees the Ardian Semiconductor platform initiative.

Thibault Basquin played a key role in accelerating Ardian's Buyout business, which he co-leads alongside Nicolo Saidelli, particularly in its strategic expansion into the North American market. In 2018, he moved to New York to launch the business in the United States, marking a key milestone in Ardian's internationalization.

Since joining Ardian in 2001, he has led numerous transactions, demonstrating his commitment to the families and founders of the mid- and large-cap companies in which Ardian has invested, as well as his ability to implement transformative strategies to create global champions.

Thibault Basquin was also a founding member of the Ardian Foundation in 2010. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of L'Alliance New York and the Equal Opportunities & Inclusion Committee of the ESCP Foundation in Paris.

He began his career in 2000 at Arthur Andersen as an auditor. Thibault graduated from ESCP Europe with a specialization in finance.
