Olivier Personnaz is Head of Buyout Equity Capital Markets, Managing Director, and a Member of the Buyout Investment Committee. He joined Ardian in 2011 in the Paris office, before relocating to London in 2018 to lead the UK Buyout activity. In 2025, he moved to Abu Dhabi to establish and lead the Buyout Equity Capital Markets function. Over his career at Ardian, Olivier has led or co-led numerous transactions across Europe in the Financial Services, Business Services, Technology, and Healthcare sectors—most of them in partnership with founders. Earlier in his career, Olivier worked at Apax Partners and McKinsey & Company. He is a graduate of École Centrale Paris, where he earned a Master’s degree in Engineering.
