The Ardian Foundation was created in 2013 with a simple idea: find a better way to support the causes that people at Ardian care most about. Today, the Foundation has supported numerous projects and charities through donations and employee involvement.

The Foundation advances social mobility worldwide by investing in education, and since 2025 by funding scientific research that drives innovation and knowledge.

Studies show that children from disadvantaged backgrounds have an average learning deficit of five months when they enter nursery school compared to children from wealthy backgrounds. By the end of high school, without appropriate action, these pupils show a learning deficit of up to 18 months.
