Rafik joined Ardian in 2018 as an Investment Manager in the French Buyout team after three years at 3i, a UK private equity fund. Rafik began his career in Financial Advisory at Lazard. His main focus was advising large corporates and private equity funds on M&A transactions, in addition to independent debt and equity advisory.
