Antoine Lencou-Barème joined Ardian in 2006 in Paris as Head of the Valuation department for direct funds. In 2008, he joined the Co-Investment team. He started his career with CACIB, before working as a senior consultant with Towers Perrin. He joined the AXA Group in 2001. He is a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts.
